Since having 5 teeth removed Thomas has been much much happier! So far, touch wood, we haven't needed to take him back which means the vets bill is going down each week instead of up. Thank you everyone who had donated so far, my heart bursts with gratitude!

Thomas had to have 5 teeth removes! We only knew of a problem with one as unfortunately he doesn't allow the vet to look into his mouth very easily. He's recovering well now and hopefully will continue to mend. He still has his steroids of course but we have to keep an eye out for a flare. The vet said it may not happen as quickly, may not even happen at all but he thinks that is wishful thinking. In the mean time we lost our eldest boy, Jimmy Jewel. He hadn't been poorly so was a massive shock to us! Thank you to all who support us!

We had to have TomTom back to the vets yesterday, they now want to sedate him and take some swabs to see what bacteria is prevalent in his mouth. As you can imagine this is going to cost a bit more money, we had to take him for a blood test to check his organs as he is on a super high level of steroids daily. Poor boy is going through the mill again but it doesn't stop him shouting for his food at dinner time! He is such a strong little boy and we will fight with him every step of the way.
