I'm hoping to start up a soft play unit similar to those like jump, or kids world but at a slightly smaller scale. Obviously it will need a lot of funding but I've been told that it would be good to start with crowd funding and market research to show theres support and interest then seeking funding from larger sources. I believe Liskeard would benefit hugely from something like this and it could even be a space where clubs and groups can be held.
