Story
Some of you may already know, that my Dad has spent the last few years battling, Prostate, Bone and Lung Cancer💔.
My Dads fight came to an end on 19th June 2018 at, St Marys Hospice in Birmingham, where he finally found his peace 🌈 .
The Hospice and all of the staff, are absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, compassionate and respectful are jusr a few of the words that spring to my mind when i think about St Marys Hospice.
In Honor of my Dad and to say thank you to St Marys for all of their support, myself and some amazing friends are going to participate in the 5k obstacle rush.
How your money helps
* £25 pays for a Hospice at Home nurse for an hour
* £65 pays for a nurses uniform
* £685 pays for a day’s palliative care from our doctors and nurses in the in-patient unit.
I would love to be able to raise the £685 for St Marys. If you can make any form of donation we would be extremely grateful.
