This is Jason fairless. (JAY)
He was disabled for 13 years due to a bleed on the brain.
My mother in law Tracey Fairless looked after him for the last 10 years since this happened very suddenly with no warning.
Jason suddenely passed away on the 4th July 2018, with what doctors believe to be a blood clot which had travelled to his lungs, we are awaiting a post mortem for confirmation.
They tragically lost their sister to a similar tradegy when she was just 23 years of age.
We are pleading with anyone that would be able to help us give him the amazing send off he deserves for his funeral as we are struggling financially.
Jay was a loving, caring, considerate man, he loved his 2 sons dearly.
He leaves his sister Tracy who is the only member off their family left with her son Corey Fairless and Jays 2 sons, Jamie and Ky.
