Hi my name is Emma here's my story......

Two years ago on 13th June 2016 my whole world changed forever, sadly I was diagnosed with stage 2 Breast Cancer the devastating news came as a huge shock at only 32 years old to try process this torture was extremely difficult, I still needed to be a mummy to my son Finley I had so much planned I was due to marry my soul mate in the August, (we still did marry but not as we planned) I was looking forward to the prospect of giving my boy a new baby brother or sister. All this was haltered when the realisation of the future had took a different turn. I was soon on the conventional treatment plan which included 8 months of intense chemotherapy, radiotherapy followed by a masectomy. During this time I remained very positive (and still do to this day). The doctors told me I was cancer free in January 2017. Slowly my life returned to normality we enjoyed family holidays, trips out, married life, and living to the best of our abilities. Then bang!!!! following my reconstructive surgery in February 2018 I was told its back now its Stage 4 incurable! I am currently recieving targeted therapy to keep this at bay, the doctors are hopeful this can give me a semi normal life, but its not curing this dreadfrul disease. Having researched many different medical options I am now in contact with a Dr who can offer a treatment plan of intense therapies with the possibility of remission. I am funding some of this trip myself but unfortunately I cannot cover the whole cost therefore I am now in need of support to allow me to go ahead with the treatment. I live in hope this therapy can give me a normal life and I can continue to be a mummy to my son and a wife to my husband.
