Story
Eating disorders are on the rise & in 2015 it was estimated that more than 750,000 people in the UK have an eating disorder. Anorexia has the highest mortality rate of any psychiatric disorder yet research and treatment for eating disorders is inadequate & underfunded leading to tragic & unnecessary deaths. There is also a lack of awareness around eating disorders which are greatly misunderstood.

We have raised an AMAZING £6,451 (incl. gift aid & donations offline)!! Emma would be so proud & happy that we are helping others suffering from eating disorders. The JustGiving page is now closed but if you'd still like to donate please contact with me via Facebook. Thank you!

8 years agoWe smashed the last target of £4,500 so I've upped the total to £5k (£6,250 incl. gift aid). We have 5 days to hit this target so please keep donating and sharing this page with others. Every penny we raise in Emma's memory will help others suffering with an eating disorder xxx
