I have been fortunate enough to be selected to attend this year YMCA World Council along with other colleagues, service users and residents at YMCA Birmingham. I have only £200 left to raise!

The YMCA World Conference is a fantastic opportunity to continue the work I do here as Community Engagement Office. This 19th world council theme is "Youth Empowerment 4 Good" it will ensure that YMCA's across the globe remain relevant to young people, help build communities not only locally but internationally. It will give us chance to share inspirational stories, best practice, learning from one another and long term strategy thinking.

Fundraising:

W/C 12/03/18 I will be taking part in "Live below the Line". This is a challenge to live below the poverty line for 5 days with having only £1 a day to eat & drink, £5 for the whole week! I will keep you up to date on how i get on.
