They say when you are sad... walk

When you are lonely... walk

When you are grieving... walk

When you are remembering... walk

So i have decided to challenge myself to the One million step challenge this July to September. To remember two amazing men my family lost this year, my grandad Patrick O Hare (94) and my cousin Yul McAteer (29) and to acknowledge the local charities that made, and continue, to support us and others in our community.

I would like to contribute in whatever way I can to Southern Area Hospice and to PIPS Newry; and to personally say thank you for being here.
