Story
I have suffered with mental health issues since I was a teenager. My adult life has been a rollercoaster of emotions, poor coping strategies, and ineffective medication. I would like a definitive diagnosis, for piece of mind, and to be signposted to where I can get help. I see this as the first phase, and once I have a diagnosis, there is a specific therapy that helps my particular condition.
