Formed in 2024 The England Transplant Sport Football Team promotes Football, connection and mental well-being within the transplant community. It supports recipients in their recovery, provides opportunity while honoring the donors who made their second chance at life possible.

The team is completely self funded. Funds raised will help send the team to major international tournaments such as the Transplant Football World Cup in Germany which we have just returned home from as Champions meaning, England are once again World Cup Winners. The tournament is global, international 7-a-side football tournament exclusively for organ transplant recipients. Organized by the World Transplant Games Federation the event celebrates resilience and promotes organ donation awareness. It costs within the region of £15,000 to send the team. Funds raised will also help expand football programmes for transplanted children, women and men across England.

With more than 8,500 people on the Transplant waiting list our team is dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of organ donation and showcasing whats possible after the gift of life.
