My friends son has contracted bowel cancer, they are very worried about him and have already spent all of their savings and borrowed money to fund his hospital bills. Now he needs an urgent operation in Manila, which he needs to fly to by plane from where he is on one of the many islands in the Philippines. The family Is poor, and I don't want to see  poor  12  year  old  suffer  with  this,  and  the  family  to  be  in  debt  for  the  rest  of  theri  lives.  Please  find  it  in  your  hearts  to  help  this  poor  family  and  send  what  you  can  so  that  he  may  live .  Thankyou  so  much.
