Hello. This is Eniye and JD. We own the Carib-Beans Superfoods Coffee Shop on the beautiful island of St Vincent and the Grenadines . We recently experienced a devastating natural disaster with the volcano erupting on Friday the 9th of April. Since then there has been further eruptions and a lot of heavy ash fall. There is no end in sight as the eruptions continue.

Over 20,000 persons have been displaced having to evacuate their homes. The shelters here are not adequately provided with basic needs like beds / cots to sleep on and at present the island has sold out of drinking water with water systems being shut off to preserve them .

St Vincent and the Grenadines is in desperate need of assistance as we get through this very difficult time. We willl use the funds donated to provide essentials for all the shelters island wide in the months ahead as we work together to rebuild our country.

In the first 48 hours of the eruption, we were able to raise an incredible $8648 USD/ $23,372 ECD/ $6308 GDP and counting (!) , with the love and support of our dear friends and family.
