I am swimming/cycling/running an Ironman 70.3 in aid of 2 charities:

- Andy Gibson Foundation - In 2021, our hockey coach, Gibbo, sadly passed away in a car accident. This charity was set up in memory of Gibbo in order to help young people gain opportunities in hockey.

- Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) - This is a national charity that support the farming community. Farmers deal with not only physical challenges daily but also, mental challenges. Raising money for the RABI will provide support to these farmers who are struggling with the mental pressures and raise awareness on this topic.
