I'm raising £4000 to Help Replace Pericles Cafe's Coffee Machine – Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities in Sharpthorne

Story

Unfortunately, our coffee machine has reached the end of its life and can no longer be repaired. Without it, we're unable to serve many of the drinks our customers love, which affects both our income and the experience we offer.

I'm raising £4000 to buy a new coffee machine

At Pericles Cafe, we're much more than a place to grab a coffee. We're a welcoming community café where adults with learning disabilities can build confidence, develop practical skills, make friends, and gain valuable work experience through our workshops and café activities.

For many of the people who come through our doors, Pericles Cafe is a place of belonging, opportunity, and independence. Every coffee served is part of someone's learning journey.

We're raising funds to purchase a new commercial coffee machine so we can continue serving great coffee, welcoming our community, and providing meaningful opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.

Your donation will help us:

Buy a reliable new coffee machine.

Keep the café open and thriving.

Continue running workshops and practical training.

Support adults with learning disabilities to develop confidence, independence, and workplace skills.

Create an inclusive space where everyone is welcome.

Whether you can give £5 or £500, every contribution brings us closer to getting back up and running.

If you're unable to donate, sharing our campaign with your friends, family, and colleagues would make a huge difference too.

Thank you for helping keep Pericles Cafe at the heart of our community.
