    Story

NOTE: Cover photo represents detainees from Auschwitz concentration camp, exterminated by gas chambers and starvation (LEFT). On right hand side is me before moving to Scotland having 47 kg

I used to live in Sheffield in 2017, modest, quiet but decent self sufficient life, following my ongoing court case against Home Office (one month ago they was defeated and expecting my rights to be restored)

At the end of August I met Mr Jean-Belmondo Gheba, Romanian national (introduced by Mr Haboczki Ioan, a very old friend of mine) who insisted repeatedly to accept to live in his (rented) house (rent free),and accept him as my Financial Condition Supporter, in exchange of my full time work in IT, web administration, company managing and secretary (PR mainly) for him. I performed different tasks for him so worked for him 2-e weeks prior to moving, anyway. After I accepted, he issued his statement which was accepted by HO and approved by Tribunal as bail condition variation to move to Borehamwood, 18 Penscroft Gardens, WD6 2QZ.

As soon as I moved to the new address (Mr Gheba came for me with his car) we sat and hat a detailed "negociated" agreement considered oral which suppose to be valid and binding for both parties (mainly for him).

Contrarliy to his "rent free" promise in his statement he said (and did)he will charge me £700 for the double room (half of witch supposed to be kind of office for his company, Barda Plumbing Limited), he will pay me £100 weekly, he cancelled his promise made also when I was still in Sheffield to provide me with a company mobile phone and contract and printer (I bought it later from my savings), no furniture (I bought also computer des and ofice chair)except bed and cabinet.

In about two weeks he notified me that he can not afford to pay more then £50 weekly. About the beginning of November (and until present time) he stopped provide me with funds completely so I had to survive again on my own, asking and begging friends, performing as freelancer different electronic and IT jobs (web site design and hosting for another company, advertising material design for them, etc) being paid cash in hand.

I moved to Borehamwood having 58 kg (close to my BMI ideal 63). In late November Chron's disease was more than evident , torturing me day and night. In lack of ID I could not had a GP and NHS care so no proper prescription drugs. Only painkillers I could afford was usually 30-40 Ibuprofens daily (which nearly killed me)

He never asked how do I manage in this conditions but asked ne permanently to do different tasks (as those described above) and I did countless, representing him and his company everywhere, on phone, email and in person even with third parties.

To kep it shortly, at the end of January my condition (Crohn's disease, excruciating pain, daily overdose with Ibuprofen-about 36 tablets daily-and malnutrition-almost 20 kg below my BMI normal weight)aggravated so much that I had to call the ambulance and I was admitted at Barnet Hospital MSSU, then Olive ward. I received treatment (temporarly until tests are done and a proper solution can be found), consulting and was treated really kindly. During my stay in Hospital, Mr Gheba brought 6 Romanian nationals from abroad (to "work" for him as previous 2 Romanians ran away, not supporting anymore to be exploited). He moved part of my belongings to next door box room (size about 2.5m x 2.5m). I was discharged on 17 February, transported home with ambulance, provided with 2 weeks medicines and special instructions to rest a lot, eat well (both to recover and regain weight).I could not ebter the property because he changed the access door's lock, so I had to wait with the ambulance driver until he sent somebody to open the door. Food I had (even not perishable like smoked ham or hard cheese)was completely disposed by Mr Gheba so nothing to eat. Also my funds, cash I mean was £0.00. Not a penny more. Crowling nearly like a snail, I went next day to the village where I knew a business owner, owner of The InkLab shop, who helped me out with £5 to buy food.

I never had (how could I)a bank account. Instead I managed to get a pre paid Pockit debit card, mainly for on line use,

Mr Gheba as soon as he came home, started fighting out of the blue that is impossible that after 4 weeks of "relax" and holiday he find me in bed and I should find a place where I can do this.

After 1 week, barely eating something, permanently stressed I ended up in a worse condition I was first time when I called the ambulance. At discharge I had 47 kg, nearly 20 kg less then the weight I should normaly have according to my BMI index. After this week at home, mostly strving, I had even less.So I called the ambulance again and I was taken in the same Hospital, directly to Olive ward. In a few days my condition was stabilised and I was informed that there is a solution using a new, powerful and very expensive drug, to eliminate the need of surgical operation on my bowels to perform a bypass or heal by eliminating portions of it. Unfortunately, not being registered with a GP and the NHS, I am not entitled to have it. Thanks to a few members of the Hospital staff, in about 1 week or so they managed to register me with NHS and getting the funds aproved. Agreed to have final preliminary tests, being discharged then as outpatient to come back in 2 weeks time to start the treatment with Inflixomab.During this second admission I called Mr Gheba several times but nobody picked my calls, also sent message on WhatsApp that my discharge after having few colonoscopies procedure, is iminent (I am unable to walk more then 10-15 m by myself, so weak I am and affected by constant pain, reason why I have to use the scheduled painkiller OralMorph, MST and Tramadol) and asked him to explain how and when I can access the property and my room.

Got no reply however. Being contacted by the previous two Romanian plumbers which left the house before I was first time discharged, he told them explicitely that soon he will soon(or intend to)get rid of me.

To keep it shorter, after discharge I spent nearly 10 days in open air as Homeless. In the same time I've got a business proposition to live and work in Glasgow for 6 months or optional more. So I gave up everything in England, gave away items to heavy to be carried by me and I moved to Glasgow with National Express coach. Was accommodated by a Romanian national family, Started to work immediately on the projects I was asked to come in Scotland

Registered immediately with GP I've got proper painkillers twice. Suddenly projects and employement was canceled without any reason, I left without accomodaton, no partial payment at least, peniless and homeless, more and more ill by Chron's in Glasgow. Spent nearly 1 week here and there, in open air and in a £11/night hostel, until one cold night I just collapsed on street. Helped by unknown Christians, I ended up at A&E at Glasgow Royal Infirmary

I was operated 2 weeks ago, recovery is very hard full of unexpected accidents and very rare side effects which makes my life a hell

I am absolutely by myself in UK, no friends anymore, no relatives, no kins

Subsequently no money and/or benefits whatsoever and chances to be discharged sooner or later as homeless in Scotland are pretty high

My long term fiance, Oluwakemi Linda Soluade still lives in Lagos Nigeria because since 5 years we was unable to spare enough for visa and plane ticket. Sad truth.

I am unable to get any kind of funds to start the application process for the Biometric Resident Card what HO wants to release for me (and would solve the ID puzzle), to get a minimal decent £280/350 pcm minimal studio flat of my own, nor a penny for food, basics and minimal living. As soon as I will get my ID is highly likely to get a job and get employed because I am a high skilled IT and Electronics engineer with 45 years professional background so later earnings in few months is highly probable.

I need funding to create the premises for all above ASAP
