TAITH GERDDED PIER BANGOR PIER WALK 21/05/23
“Mae dementia yn agos iawn at ein calonnau”.
Ymunwch a ni ar ein Taith Gerdded lawr am y Pier ym Mangor.
Man cychwyn: Maes Parcio 'Beach Road' (dros y ffordd i dafarn y Nelson)

Y Daith: Cerdded hamddenol yn addas i bob gallu, ar hyd y ffrynt ac i lawr am y Pier ac yn ôl. Taith o ryw oddeutu 1 milltir i gyd
Dowch a theulu a ffrindiau i fod yn rhan o'r hwyl ,a chodi arian ar gyfer cleifion sydd yn byw efo dementia ar Ward Glaslyn yn Ysbyty Gwynedd.
Croeso cynnes i bawb.
“Dementia is very close to our hearts”.
Join us on our Walk down to the Pier in Bangor.
Starting point: Beach Road Car Park (opposite the Nelson pub)
Time: 11am
The Walk: A leisurely walk suitable for all abilities, along the front and down towards the Pier and back, Walk of approx. 1 mile altogether.
Bring family and friends to be part of the fun, whilst raising funds for Glaslyn Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd for patients living with dementia.
