Story
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED. A NEW DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED ASAP. PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. FOLLOW @ESSEXCHARITYCUP TO STAY UP TO DATE.
The Essex Charity Cup is back and is bigger and better than ever before!
On Tuesday 5th May 2020, Southend United and Leyton Orient Fans will be joining forces to raise money for Havens Hospice and Justin Edinburgh Foundation. On June 8th 2019, the footballing world was left shocked and saddened by the tragic passing of Leyton Orient manager Justin Edinburgh. To honour Justin's legacy his family are raising money to set up a charity in his name. The Essex Charity Cup is proud to support the Edinburgh Family on this journey.
With Guest Managerial Appearances from Adam Barrett and Steve Tilson for Southend/ Charlie Edinburgh and Jobi McAnuff for Leyton Orient, it's sure to be a fun night. Sammy the Shrimp and Theo the Wyvern will be there providing half time entertainment- with hopefully more announcements on the night!
Leyton Orient and Southend United are backing the event and let's all come together and show the power of football.

4 years agoIn an ideal world we would’ve been 10 days away from the match. Unfortunately we’re gonna have to wait a little longer. This week, I took tickets off sale and the preliminary income was at £155 in sales. When this money is received in the next month from our ticket sellers, they will be added on to here. Thanks All, and please if you can donate!
