Story

Hitting my ripe old 40's and some serious persuasion tactics from those distinctly fitter than I am, I have entered the Ironman 70.3 Weymouth. This is one hell of a challenge even for me and Ill be lucky to complete it in under 7 hours - could even be 8!! If I have to go through this pain, I want it to be worth it and raise some money for 2 local charities who will really benefit from any additional funding: RNLI Lifeboat charity and the Charmouth Heritage Centre but I think what they do is amazing!! Help me help them. Thank you for your donation
