where we’ll be sharing much more information about Ethan, the expedition, the countries of Peru & Bolivia, our fundraising & the impact the project work carried out by Ethan & his expedition team will make.

For as long as I can remember, Ethan has been deeply affected when hearing about the suffering experienced around the globe & the negative impact man is making on the environment and the poorest people on the planet. He is an avid watcher of documentaries, with a thirst to expand his understanding of people & the world around him.

Ethan is bright & caring and a loyal friend to those he cares about and feels empathy for those less fortunate than himself, but he can be very shy, so when recently he excitedly came home gushing about an opportunity his school had provided, to travel to Peru & Bolivia to participate in volunteer projects, helping villagers in the poorest areas, & exploring these regions & cultures, I was excited too.

I knew this would be an expedition so close to Ethan’s heart, equipping him with the life skills of communication, confidence & independence, which would empower him to step up & start taking action towards his passion to help others & make a big impact throughout his life. He is truly excited and determined to begin by making a difference for the families and communities in Peru. However, (gulp) to be included, each participant needs to fund-raise their way to £4,000!

We were thrilled (and relieved!) to hit our first target of £1150 in June and now we need to raise the next £1150 by 1st October.
