I am going on a physically demanding, month long expedition to the Yunan Province in South East Asia. I will start in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and finish in Hanoi, Vietnam, travelling through Laos and China.

I will be volunteering with a local Chinese comunity to help improve their quality of life and give them a better education.

During the expedition I will be challenging myself in demanding treks trough different environments, which will include home stays with the locals and also camping in the jungle.

I am also challenging myself to a skydive to help raise money towards the trip, where I will be jumping from 15,000 feet. The skydive is paid for so all donations will go towards the registered charity organised trip, World Challenge.

If I raise above the cost of the trip, the money will go to local cancer charity Bury Hospice.
