I've raised £847 to help fund a Snoezelen Bubble Tube Sensory Corner for Evelyn. Any extra money received will be donated to SNT Vision (Bury) and PMG Stars

We are trying to raise £1295 for a Snoezelen Bubble Tube Sensory Corner Kit for Evelyn's special sensory room.
Evelyn Rose was born April 2016. She is daughter to Francesca and Perry, and she is little sister to Joseph. Evelyn has Neuronal Migration Disorder, perislyvian pachygyria/polymicrogyria, a dysmorphic corpus callosum and slightly large ventricles. Her symptoms include Hypotonia, Hypermobility, Global Development Delay and Delayed/Unsafe Swallow. We are expecting at some point she will have Epilepsy in some way however we are hoping she doesn't.
Evelyn was born by emerency c-section after a failed ECV and spent 4 days in NICU. We brought home our little girl unaware of the problems she had. She spent most of her first months of life screaming, relentlessly. After many trips to the doctors and visits from the health visitor we eventually got a referral to a paediatrician. When Evelyn was 6 months old she spent almost a month and half in hospital due to intense vomiting and lack of weight gain. Thankfully we haven't had any more hospital stays since. Evelyn has improved very slowly, although she still can not sit unassisted, has very limited gross and fine motor skills, she doesn't have milestones anymore, she has inchstones.
Evelyn is a happy little girl who adores her big brother! Until night time when she likes to scream the house down. She is super ticklish, likes bells and mirrors and has recently shown an interest in In The Night Garden. Evelyn has big beautiful blue eyes and a perfect smile to match, we don't know what the future will hold for Evelyn or our family but we have each other and lots of support from family and friends.
