I want to provide free mental health boxes filled with goodies to cheer up those who need it (and maybe can’t afford it.) Whether you order one for you, a friend/family member they can be gifted by me to you or a loved one.

Boxes will be filled with teas, snacks, colouring books, stationery, books and all kinds of nice things to help with your mental health journey. Everything in the box will be designed to keep you occupied & lift your mood through activities and nice gifts.

I have suffered from depression & anxiety for more than a decade and have gone through grief and loss (currently am after my dad died last year). These can make you feel like a dark cloud is hanging over you and it's hard to lift your spirits.

Even though sometimes nothing helps you can still try and do something to make someones dark day a little brighter.

Many companies like blurt, buddy box etc make mental health & wellness boxes just for that purpose but all these companies charge for these boxes, some upwards of £35. Many simply can't afford that so I want to help those who need financial and health assistance.

Covid has also been very isolating for some and some people just don't have many friends or family they can lean on in a crisis. Getting a gift of nice things to cheer you up is a small but powerful thing we can give to those silently suffering.

I want to start fundraising to get it off the ground and see how that goes but I would like to turn this into a proper charitable business to help others. There are many costs associated with this like packaging, box contents, goods storage, office supplies & shipping so I want to get as much as I can to help as many people as I can. That's where you come in!
