Story
My name is Evie and I'm 9 years old. I have two medical conditions which affect my daily life. One being Turners Syndrome and the other being Nystagmus.
My life with Turners Syndrome means my growth, organs and reproductive system are all affected. My other condition Nystagmus means I have wobbly eyes, so my sight is affected on a daily basis. I also have global developmental delay which means that I can't learn as quick as my friends and I get tired very quickly.
I would like to raise money for my school, Ysgol Bontnewydd so they can buy extra equipment to help other children like they have helped me. I'm very lucky and the school have helped to provide me with my own I.T equipment but my friends have to share the little amount of other I.T equipment that the school have.
I'm going to be walking up Snowdon on 29th June 2019 with my Mum, Dad and big brothers hopefully raising at least £500 for Ysgol Bontnewydd. Please can you help me to try and reach my target so that I can say thank you to my school.

5 years agoOur beautiful little girl made it all the way to the top of Snowdon and down ! Words cannot describe how proud we are of Evie, she persevered through the heat, and pain especially in her little legs to accomplish and fulfil her goal. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored her and supported her and also to the wonderful people walking the paths giving her words of encouragement, it’s been so overwhelming. Evie’s just giving page is still live until Monday evening if anyone else wishes to donate/sponsor Evie. Diolch yn fawr iawn

5 years agoToday was the last big training walk up the Miners Track to the Miners cottages with Evie before her sponsored walk up Snowdon to raise money for her school. This will be the track we go up on the day, but following it all the way up to the summit ( the summit can be seen in the pic ) I think our little girl is ready, next weekend will be a weekend off to give Evie a bit of rest time before the big day on 29th June 😊❤️🦋 We're really close with the target at 82% so we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far.
