Hi, I’m Evy and I’m 11 years old. I have super long curly hair and it needs a cut. I’m planning on cutting at least a foot (12 inches) off... which is a huge chunk! The hair will go to the fabulous Princess Trust to make wigs for those who lose or who have no hair... just look how long it is...

As I’m Getting so much cut off, which will be a bit of a big deal for me because I love my long hair... I need some motivation and inspiration to do it. I’ve chosen to support a local girl called Anna Drysdale, she’s only 7 years old and has had a rare form of bone cancer called Osteosarcoma. To help prevent it coming back her family are raising £460,000 for a trip to New York and payment for her treatment. They’ve reached £137,000 to date, clearly that’s not enough and time ticks on with the risk the cancer will return. Here’s Anna and some information about her:

I‘m getting my hair cut by Hayley, at Simon Smith Hair in Chipping Norton. Hayley’s the stylist in the photo below. We’ve chatted about it and she’s doing to do it at 5pm on Monday 16th December... not long to go! It’s about a foot that’ll come off, I’ll have some left, but goodness, that’ll take some getting used to!
