I've raised £1500 to Help fund our London transfer of "Heroes," at Bridge House theatre SE20

After a sell-out run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Exploding Whale's debut show "Heroes" has been transferred to Bridge House Theatre SE20 from the 23rd Oct - 5th November. We as a company are incredibly excited to perform the show in David Bowie's hometown and to share Heroes with a wider audience. The show has been described as a "triumph" and "one to see" for any Bowie fan.
As anyone in the performing arts knows, money is not easy to come by. After having to pay for travel, accommodation and the space in Edinburgh our funds are not exactly huge! One of our main aims as a company, is to be able to pay our actors for their time. Including travelling, rehearsals and performances, the time and effort they put into the show is enormous. With the help of your donations, we can support our young actors by decreasing strains on them, instead of them attempting to work all hours of the day whilst finding the time to rehearse and perform!
As well as supporting our actors, any money raised also goes a long way in helping us with advertising, set and costumes. We are passionate about this show reaching as many people as possible and this is all made possible through advertising. This includes costs of posters, social media adverts and adverts in magazines and newspapers. We are very lucky to have amazing costumes and set available, but with a new run always comes some changes, and being perfectionists, we would love to be able to make them!
We would be extremely grateful for any amount of money you would like to donate, . The beginnings of a company and a show are always difficult but with your support it all becomes possible! We hope to see you at the show...
