Story
To our extended SOA family members, loved ones and friends,
Today, we lost a young teenage life to the tragedy of suicide. His struggle with depression became just too overwhelming for him in this world. He was one of our kids, a member of the extended SOA family, and our hearts are broken.
His mother is a single mom who will need a great deal of help and support in the journey ahead. Mother’s Day is Sunday, the 13th. We are asking for your donations, in any amount, whatever you are able to do. We cannot take away her grief, but we can help and support her in laying her child to rest.
Her son left a final wish for all of us. He asked that we spread awareness, information, access. That we keep conversations going, for the love of all our kids.
