I've raised £3000 to Support and empower young people across Europe, living with mental health problems, to make positive change for young people across Europe.

Completing 49 challenges for the 49% who have no access to mental health support. www.eymh.org
Last year, many European institutions, the European Union, the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, as well as many NGOs, spoke out, released reports, and shared work about mental health.
One of the most interesting reports came from the Council of the European Union. In it, they discussed many facets of mental health across the EU, specifically this:
"49% of young people across Europe, have no access to mental health support."

We think this is terrible and that something needs to be done.
See what challenges have been done, are going to be done and why they are a challenge for people below...
1. 15th January - Salcey Half Marathon - Nick (UK) - First big run in 4 years!
2. 14th April - Duston Triathlon - Nick (UK) - First-ever triathlon!

At EYMH, we believe the best way to improve mental health support for young people, and make it relevant, appropriate and useful to young people, is that it is CO-PRODUCED with young people!
To do this, we need to train and support the right young people across Europe, to enable and empower them to feel confident in getting involved in this way.
Led by our CEO Nick, we aim to complete 49 challenges in 2024, support our work and our participants by donating whatever you can, to contribute to our target.
This funding will pay for us to bring together young people from across Europe to be trained and supported to make positive changes for youth mental health.
