I've raised £5000 to start a Social Enterprise food kiosk

FACE is a youth and community charity which aims to develop relationships, skills, and confidence amongst vulnerable people in the North Bristol/South Glos area.
Our experience and passions are in working with children, young people and adults with learning and social disabilities. Focusing on what people CAN do, and the difference they CAN make.
We have a dream and vision - to create training and employment opportunities for adults with learning or social disabilities, whilst also providing for a need in the local area. There's a food kiosk next to the local park which is crying out for someone to take it on - selling bacon baps, jackets spuds, paninis, good coffee and cakes!
We wish to start a social enterprise to run this outdoor food kiosk; training adults with learning disabilities in food hygiene, cooking, coffee making and customer service and giving them the chance for paid employment in a supportive environment.
We are starting to build our knowledge and skills in this new area of work for us, and are currently developing a business plan and wider funding applications to help get this project running, but we need some start up costs met to make this dream a reality now without using up our existing charity funds.
We have access to some things, but not to others and we need a kick-start on purchasing equipment and some staff costs to get this open, so we thought why not try crowdfunding to see if this could help us!
The money we raise would be used for:
- Buying a decent coffee machine, panini machine and hot potato oven
- Purchasing other kitchen equipment (boards, knives, etc)
- Buying packaging, signage, and menu boards
- Some training and start-up staffing costs
