On the 23rd April 2023 I will be running London 2023. I have decided to help raise funds for One Can Trust (Food Bank) who do such an amazing job to help feed so many families in the local community. The number of clients that they are supporting remains high (over 350 households per week) and they anticipate those rising further still.

Having spoken to Jo Belshaw (Operations Manager at One Can Trust) one area where they need help with is the purchase of fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs.

As an example:

- A weekly fruit, veg and eggs bag for a medium-large sized family costs approximately £11.

- Assume 30% of clients households have a medium - large sized family.

- The yearly cost of a year's worth of fruit, veg and eggs for the above families is a staggering £60,060

I am trying to raise whatever I can to help raise funds for One Can Trust. All donations are gratefully received to purchase food for local families and individuals in crisis. Thank you guys.
