I've raised £5000 to Provide Emergency Relief Aid for the current Humanitarian Disaster unfolding in Pakistan caused by severe Rainfalls and Flash flooding.

**This Appeal is Zakat and Sadaqh Eligible**
The catastrophic flooding continues to cause widespread destruction in Pakistan, where 33 million people have now been affected and over 1000 casualties and over a million homes destroyed according to the government. The situation is likely to worsen over the coming days and warnings have been issued for rising levels of the Indus and Kabul rivers.
In the hardest hit areas of Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), and Punjab, over 682,000 homes have been damaged and 802,000 livestock have perished.
Vital infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, bridges and roads have been destroyed, and many communities are completely cut off.
The humanitarian situation is deteriorating rapidly, with the continued deluge making relief efforts very challenging.
