the Lava Cup Tournament is an international competition for players over the age of 40 and includes men well into their 60's.

The tournament aims to bring men from across the UK, USA and Europe together to enjoy football in a friendly but competitive manner.

On 24 May 2025, the Lava Cup returns to the Falkirk Stadium for the second year running and everyone at Falkirk FFiT T8's can't wait to welcome old friends and new.

In the spirit of the competition and the men that take part, we want to be able to give back to the community that supports our members.

This year we would welcome donations to support two local charities that do amazing work for our men and their families:

Maggie's Forth Valley: a local cancer support charity. and;

Andy's Man Club: a men's suicide prevention charity tackling the stigma surrounding men's mental health through the power of conversation
