Myself and my partner have lived in a private rented property for 4 years. In this time weve had a leaking roof and mould which the landlord never took responsibility for. We then had our son in August 2017 and have since battled for repairs, she is now selling our home and has still not made it safe. We had environmental health look at the property and fine the landlord and now she is refusing to speak to anyone helping us move house within the bond scheme. We have two dogs which helped my partner through PTSD after he was attacked locally and as we may end up in temporary accomidation when court and the bailiffs cone to an end he may lose them. The situation made myself extremely poorly with OCD and anxiety and this also affected my sons first months of life as i struggled greatly.

We found a property we can afford in the same area that will sccept my partners dogs, this is our only hope to move out of here before we end up in temporary accomidation for up to 6 months while losing the dogs. The council cant help woth the bond scheme due to the landlord being uncooperstive due tonrevenge witg the environmental health fine. We really really need help to raise funds so we can leave this awful situation and give our son a better start to life. As we have no family to help this is my last and only chance, I hate asking for help but we are so desperate. Thankyou for reading our story and keep us in your prayers
