HELP US SUPPORT FAMILY FUND

I am writing to you to enlist your support for a cause that is very close to our hearts at Inspire!

As we all know the last 15 months has taken its toll on many sectors of business and charities have, in particular, suffered greatly from a lack of fundraising investment.

Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Last year, the charity provided over 150,000 grants or services worth over £48 million to families across the UK. Its purpose is to improve the lives of low-income families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people.

Recent research has shown that four in five families (79%) report that their overall health and wellbeing has worsened since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, and that many families that are living without essential items in the most challenging of times. For many of us we can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel, however, this research also reveals that 42% of families believe it will take more than a year before their lives return to normal.

So, we need your help!

As they did last year, Family Fund is hosting their summer event, 100Ks of Summer in July and August and they are inviting you to show your support :)
