Story
A house in the perfect location for us as a family, also the perfect size for us has captured our hearts.
The house is in need of modernising but livable as is hence the low asking price... the only problem is we dont earn enough and as such its not currently in my power to obtain for my family!
I would love to be able to present my pregnant wife to be and our 3 year old daughter with the keys to it, to solve all our current worries about having somewhere suitable to raise our family!
Would be a crime for it to go to some landlord who will end up renting it to turn a profit when my family could make it a loved home.
