    Story

Me and my son's dad split up after 6 years together when my son was 2 years old. My son is now 10 years old and has lived with me ever since the seperation but I allowed his dad to have him every Saturday and Sunday (even though the usual amount is every other weekend and a day in the week.) 6 months ago I was fed up of never seeing my son as I work full time and weekends he is with his dad. I asked his dad for 1 weekend a month but offered a day in the week instead. His dad was unhappy but eventually agreed but did not take me up on the 1 day in the week. Now I don't want to bad mouth anyone but my son never does anything at his dad's, they don't go out or do fun activities - he sits in on the iPad all weekend. He has no clothes there either. I feel my son's weekends/youth is being wasted and I've signed him up to various clubs bit most (scouts for example) have days out and trips on a weekend which my son can't attend. I asked his dad to split the weekends 50/50 (two each a month) but again said he could have his son one day in the week or in the school holidays but he says no. I want to get a court order so it's more fair but it's expensive and now my ex is saying he wants full custody of our son despite my son nevee livinging with him full time and and it would mean him changing school etc. I'm off on maternity leave now with me and my husband's newborn baby. I hate to ask but please help me get legal help to have fair visitation for my son.
