As a 24 year old artist and dog trainer who has recently been diagnosed with FASD myself, I know what the positive impact a good well trained loving dog can do on someone with mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, learning disability and anger issues.

That is why I want to start this facility and campaign FASDOGS here in skotland and then expand it to the rest of the world. Guide dogs trained for other purposes are already very much used in most places around the world, however people with FAS or FASD don't have many options when it comes to getting a guide dog, there aren't enough people involved in making this an actual thing and I want to change that since I know first hand how effective it is.

In order to make this happen we need a ton of support and help to sway governments to help too and let us train and find people in need of these caring dogs.

We aren't just trying to start a campaign but to get the budget for actually buying property and looking at the right breeds and getting a team together to train the dogs and work with the patients so that both dog and owner are on par with each other.

If enough funding is provided I am looking to have a creative workshop running too as creativity is very important in the positive development of children with FAS and FASD, as well as keeping adults with it focused and feeling like they can accomplish something.

In any case I wont stop trying until I can give kids with this problem the help I never got as well as creating awareness around the world about FAS and the dangers of drinking while pregnant, no matter the amount. I won't stop until adults with it are given the support needed to live a somewhat normal and happy life. Its been hard and still is hard for me but I know I can help and I know that I need to help, since I've gotten help I have to pay it forward.
