I'm running the Vitality London 10,000m on 28 May to contribute to the massive fundraising effort already underway for Kate Geraghty, a member of my extended family (Kate's partner, Paul, and I have a half sister in common).

Kate has inoperable cancer, which appeared suddenly and spread rapidly following the birth of Kate and Paul's daughter, Ivy, last December. We are raising money to fund immunotherapy treatment to extend Kate's time with Paul and Ivy for as long as possible. Kate's crowdfunding page tells their story.
