Fleetwood Beach Wheelchairs was offically launched in September 2020. Even with the disruptions and understandable closures of recent months, the response to the service has been truly wonderful!

We have premises to operate from, a fleet of chairs to offer our visitors and a friendly band of volunteers who love to make everyone welcome. Above all we've had the tremendous support and goodwill of the public who share our vision for improved access to the beach and coastline for everyone.

To do this, we now wish to offer a range of accessories such as harnesses, booster seats, headrests and cushioning to make our visitors' experience even more comfortable. These items vary in cost from a few pounds to hundreds of pounds and we have put together a 'shopping list' we'd like to tick off this year.

Your donation will allow us to make a real difference to somebody ... an hour or two of fun on the beach can be priceless to somebody who has never had the opportunity before.
