Story

We are raising £500 for James Cook Cochlear Team and NDCS (national deaf children's society).

Fearne and Violet have watched on over the years as we've all taken part in raising money for different charities. Fearne asked if she could take part in a challenge. Violet wanted to join also.

We discussed which charities they might like to raise money for, they both agreed they would like to raise money for NDCS and James Cook cochlear hospital, with both girls having cochlear implants and both trying to learn BSL.

Every day in April they are going to put on their jackets, and trainers and pound the pavements. No pun intended 🙈.

In whatever weather may come 🤞☀️.

Dad Alan will be hoping to overcome an injury to help finish the challenge for the girls with Mini 3 runs in 4 day challenge, with the Brigham 10k, Blackpool festival of running on the last weekend in April and the Lowca 10k on the first Tuesday in May (with Elliot)
