Namaste

In Janaury 2020 I went to Kathmandu in Nepal for volunteering in a secondary school. The Nava Suryodaya English Secondary School is located south of Kathmandu in Lalitpur area. I taught for 10 days English, Math, team building and motivation. It has been an amazing experience and I hope I gave to the young students joy, happiness and hope for better future.

I asked the Principal what are the most urgent problems for the school. He told me about the situation of the toilets. They are old and obsolete with only one cubicle for all boys in the school. Absolutely inadequate for such big school.

I decided to start a fund-raising to try to collect the money to donate new toilets at the school. I think we can help the young people over there to have the right to adequate and safe education building and environment.

The investment for new toilets is around £2000. I hope to be able to collect all the money. I will control and manage directly the money and the construction of the toilets. I will be accountable for this project and I will report and post here all the information and updates.

I hope you will join and donate a little help for better education of the kids in Nepal.
