I've raised £600 to hand out water, food and sanitary packs to the homeless in and around Manchester in June.

In January, myself and a group of 8 other volunteers handed out blankets, hats, water, food and sanitary packs to the homeless in and aroud central Manchester. However, with the £150 raised, we only managed to cover 1/3rd of our routes, handing out the supplies to 55 people. There were so many more that we had to walk past and homelessness in Manchester is only growing, with the amount of people sleeping rough being 7x more now than it was in 2010. On our 2nd time, there were only 3 of us doing the deliveries of food packages, but this time, we managed to make 110 packs with £220 of the money raised!
We want to do even more on our 3rd time doing this! Please help us to feed those on the streets and cover more ground this time by donating for our next attempt in June! All the money goes to the homeless & you can trust that it will be spent wisely if your fear of donating to the homeless is where the money goes.
