Feel the Force Day West Midlands is a comic convention that's bring access to to Film and TV culture for Sensory impaired, Mentally and Physically disabled people, we are a regional section of Feel The Force Day Peterborough, which has been growing so fast every year. We are the only events of our kind in the World, and with the huge success of our Peterborough event wish to bring our event to the West Midlands/Shropshire on June 24th 2017, it will be held at Harper Adams University, Newport, Shropshire.
As described we are a Charity event and so we run on money kindly donated by people who come on sites like this one or onto our website, or to our events themsleves.
What we are offering at our event: we have fantastic and very Tactile props like the stunning and very famous Game of Thrones Iron Throne, Dr Who's Tardis with K9 and a few more Dr Who Props again all tactile for our visually impaired visitors. We will have a sensory quiet room, for children and adults with learning disabilities that find it all too much and need time out for a while.
We have local Charities joining us for the day all will have links with some of our visitors through out the day. We have Actors from Movies and TV joining us out of the goodness of their hearts signing autograghs for the day. Plus lots of traders tables to buy everything you want for your inner GEEK!
