Story
Im doing this memory walk for my grampy and every man and woman with dementia hes still alive but hes had dementia for years . Its hard to watch him go tho this the money I raise will help the families of people with dementia as well as helping find a cure .
Dementia is a horrible and slow.
Me and sam will be doing the walk in Nottingham. 9th September.
