I was a pupil at Isotry primary school in Madagascar,one of the poorest part. of the capital in the poorest country in the world. Through hard work,determination,luck I was fortunate to complete my education . I read on the national paper that many students in this school were hungry and some fainted during lessons because of that. Subsequently they are scared to go to school. During my visit to Madagascar in 2008 ,I was able to help and saw that the school is in very poor state ( same bench and paint since I was there in1979). Ever since I send Christmas donation to the school to help the cantine but this year it will be good to do more to paint and refurbish the school. Education is the best way. to get out of povrety and to protect the environment so please help.
