The Festival of Happiness is a free annual event, run by the Alliance of Independent Agencies, dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of the people working in independent agencies.

This year, we are asking attendees to make a donation. All funds raised will be divided between NABS, the support organisation for the advertising and media industry who offer expert, impartial and friendly advice, and Born Equal, a team of creative thought leaders who provide sustainable solutions to businesses who want to change systemic structures to include a broader perspective, and create a workplace culture that supports equity and attracts a diverse talent pool.
