Two years ago I opened my back door to let my cats out and saw this cute little ginger and white cat sitting on my fence . Next day he was at the door so I went out and he let me stroke him ,he was such a friendly little boy I thought he must be lost so I posted his picture on a local pet site they came out to scan him no chip kept posting him did as they recommend put a paper collar on him . Few weeks later a knock at the door " I see you have cats do you know anything about a hurt cat run over ,I'm the guy who the police call to sort it out talking to him a while and a dog walker shout to him you her about the cat he said yes ,it was a ginger and white cat a white van hit it .I went sick .he gave me a lift over to the PDSA were ceddy had been taken ,I was taken in to see ceddy he was in a cage staring in to space at that moment I made a promise to him I would keep and help him .he's spent a week in the vet hospital ,came out still unable to move in deep shock for two weeks I had him in a crib by my bed lifting him on to the litter tray hand feeding him chicken ,then after that a bed on the floor next to a litter tray sill was dragging himself and needed support on the tray slowly he improved .fast forward a month or two I noticed he had a bit of a problem walking so took him for a check up the vet looked over the x-rays taken when he had his accident and noticed he had been born with a hip problem his hip bone didn't fit his socket ,as he wasn't in pain they said to leave it now after two years I've noticed it's getting worse and really needs to see an orthopedic vet they are very expensive so I have sent this up Cedric is only about three so has many years of life
