So i‘m passionate about charity work and giving back and no more so than for children and young people having worked in care for 15 years after my pro rugby career ..

Ronan was a young man who had a bright future in front of him in rugby and life in general . His legacy is kept alive by this cause and foundation and funds raised put to good use yo help others - Mostly children’s causes

Now i‘m not keen on heights and never walked more than 10 mile - Im doing the Yorks 3 peaks 25th April 2020
