11 Guides from 5th Lancaster are taking part in a massive event in Prague this summer. We’ve been fundraising hard for nearly a year!

This adventure will take them across parts of northern Europe, instill confidence and independence and introduce the girls to different cultures.

Obviously it sounds like I’m asking you to contribute towards a holiday. And granted, they are going abroad and having fun. But the skills they will learn while they are away from home for nearly a week will be invaluable to them. Add in the problem solving, map reading and team work that they need to take part on the evnt and you can see that this trip has much more to offer than sunshine and Euros!
