Story

This person was wrongly accused of littering and smoking in a works vehicle. The easiest and cheapest option would have been to pay the fines, costing a day's pay and walk away. This person believes in right and wrong though. Why should they pay a fine for an offence they didn't commit??

Sadly justice in this country has gone mad and it is costing more to clear his name than to pay the fine for the offence he didn't commit. We always thought it was innocent until proven guilty in this country. Nowadays it seems it's "guilty unless you can afford to prove you're innocent". How is this right? How is this even legal? Especially when you consider he hasn't even been accused by a recognised official, such as a policeman or PCSO. If we let this continue...where will it end?

The evidence against him? The word of an unregulated "litter police" person, who has made the paper on more than one occasion for false accusations and harassment of innocent people. Don't worry though...this person will have long since received their "pay enhancement"(bonus) for issuing the incorrect ticket.

Please help us fight back against this. If we don't make a stand now...where will the false accusations end?
