Story

Fight Knights Boxing Club is a well-established, community boxing club, established in 2013. As well as being affiliated to England Boxing (formerly the Amateur Boxing Association of England) for amateur competitors, we also offer the opportunity for newcomers to the sport to compete safely within our ‘white collar’ programme. We also support the local community by co-ordinating with local schools to provide a structured, disciplined outlet for their students to develop new skills and challenge themselves.

We have a thriving amateur squad, which is progressing well and encompasses a wide range of ages and ability. We are a multi-cultural unisex club and proud to welcome all. The club’s existence is only possible due to the dedication of our close knit team of experienced, passionate volunteer coaches who give up their time unpaid to share their love of the sport.

As a club we receive no grants, funding, subsidies or commercial sponsorship and rely fully on the subscriptions paid by our boxers and our own fund raising activities.

We are looking to purchase a new boxing ring to replace the existing ring which is no longer fit for purpose. The ring is central to the purpose of our club and is a vital component to bring together all the elements of the training we offer our fighters.

A new ring will enable our boxers to train and spar safely and allow us to develop our next generation of champions. We have an exciting crop of talented youngsters at present who will be able to thrive in the new ring
